Iran training the Taliban and the band played believe it if you like

Well, that is one link that they will be doing their level best to establish and General Stanley McChrystal, the commander of US and NATO forces in Afghanistanm has said that there  was "clear evidence" that some Taliban fighters had trained in Iran. Yes, the very same Taliban that was supported by the Pakistani ISI (Inter Services Intelligence) and Wahabbi Saudi money is now being trained in Iran and the band played believe it if you like. Believe it if you like, perhaps, but there is, of course, method behind General McChrystal's madness and it is no suprise that this piece of "news" was brought to me by the 'Jerusalem Daily Post'.

Oh, and apropos Iran; some real news here and it would appear that Israel is to deploy deploy three submarines equipped with nuclear cruise missiles in the Persian Gulf. That particular piece of news, picked up, in 'Haaretz' comes from Daniel Finkelstein's 'Times'; do you remember, the paper with the quality content that Daniel wants us to pay for?
