'Haaretz' reports the Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman as having said to Catherine Ashton the EU foreign policy chief that Israel "is looking for serious partners" to improve the economic situation in Gaza. The paper continues; "Israel is working on a plan to build a power station, desalination
plants and infrastructure for water purification in the Gaza Strip," Lieberman said. Does it really get any more absurd? Israel destroys Gaza's infrastructure, then gets European taxpayer money to pay for it being rebuilt. It is indeed a mad, mad world!
