A strange case of rape in Jerusalem

A friend sent me the link to an article in "die Süddeutsche" on how a 30 year old Arab resident of East Jerusalem, Sabbar Kashur, has been convicted of rape "by deception" and sentenced to 18 months in prison. Apparently he told a Jewish woman that his name was Daniel and he was Jewish and this "deceived" her into having sex.

Now, we might even be willing to give the "victim" the benefit of the doubt if it were not for the fact that the 'Independent' reports that: "The woman initially accused Mr Kashur under oath of a brutal rape against her consent, a charge that carries a heavy jail sentence." However, "Mr Kashur's lawyer mounted his own investigation and disproved her claims." Moreover,we also read that Mr Kashur "met the woman by chance in West Jerusalem, the Jewish sector, and within minutes of falling into conversation, they headed to a nearby office block to have sex."

Therefore, what do we have? We have a man and a woman having sponateneous sex, the woman being bothered by some sort of false morality afterwards and then blaming the man for having violently raped her. When that accusation was then revealed has having no substance, she then accuses the man of deceiving her into having sex, although, we are told that "within minutes of falling into conversation, they headed to a nearby office block to have sex." Of course, the woman was neither deceived, nor was she raped and what we do have is an innocent Arab being sentenced to eight months in prison by the racist Zionist state.
